大學同學/室友 把她婆婆 燒的湯 與我分享
My college classmate and roommate shared a delicious soup cooked from her mother in law .
她說 好好喝.湯頭很煊. 雖然是個很簡單的雞湯. 她說婆婆在雞湯裡擺進 老菜脯 和 櫛瓜.
She said the chicken soup is simply delicious! Add zucchini and dried turnip into chicken soup.
麥寶娘親 有很多櫛瓜..但沒有 老菜脯… 想到有剛曬好的 高麗菜干.
No Dried Turnip! …. however, we do have dried cabbage..
The soup turn out really good!
真的 很好喝. 湯頭雖然清，但是味道很濃厚!
