超簡易 香茅雞 Lemongrass Chicken

好友給的香茅. 我把香茅草剝除過硬的外殼 去煮湯。嫩的部分留下來 做 香茅雞.

Friend gave me some lemongrass . I put the hard shell part and leave into soup, the rest I used for Lemongrass chicken.

辣椒,蒜頭,紅蔥頭,香茅草,檸檬葉 (真的沒有可以省略) 切到足夠細碎

chop hot pepper, garlic, red onion/shallot, lemon grass and lemon leaves into small pieces.

家裡有不吃辣的 辣椒可分開擺

有的食譜把這些用機器打碎..那樣吃起來比較入味,但吃起來有些 刺刺的.所以切成夠細 就好.

雞肉切片 Chicken .  use fish fillet or pork is good too.

用魚片 或 豬肉也好吃.

put oil into fry pan, add in those chopped garlic,onion,lemongrass ..then a little bit water and salt.  At last step, stir fry with meat.

把切碎的 香料入鍋用少量的油爆香..加入一點水.加鹽調味.再把肉倒入 炒一下即可!

就這麼簡單 又好吃的 香茅雞 上菜囉~~~
