時蔬 烤 大比目魚/扁鱈 Baked Halibut with Lemon, Zucchini and Grape Tomatoes

麥寶娘親和爸爸 週六早又去漁港買魚.今天有 大比目魚

扁鱈真正的名稱是大比目魚(Halibut),也稱為庸鲽魚(Hippoglossus stenolepis)或星鲽。

大比目魚是世界上最大的魚種之一,可長達2.5公尺,體重可達300公斤。其拉丁名Hippoglossus意為「海中河馬」。

Halibut are among the largest fish in the sea and the largest of all the flatfish.

生活在寒帶洋底的大比目魚高蛋白低脂肪,低熱量,低鈉鹽,富含豐富的人類必需的各種脂肪酸,而且也是維生素D的極好來源,更為可貴的是它富含極其珍貴的Ω-3脂肪酸.

Halibut is prized for its delicate sweet flavor, snow-white color and firm flaky meat. It is an excellent source of high-quality protein and minerals, low in sodium, fat and calories and contains a minimum of bones.

Halibut is very versatile in the kitchen, as well, with many recipes for baking, broiling, pan-frying, deep-frying, poaching or barbecuing.

 今天拿魚片 作簡單的 烤魚

Ingredients 食材

  •  a lemon 檸檬
  •  halibut 大比目魚片
  • zucchini 櫛瓜
  •  grape tomatoes 番茄
  • Sea salt 海鹽
  • Pepper 胡椒粉
  • Olive Oil 橄欖油

到菜園 摘了 櫛瓜 番茄和檸檬

Instructions

  1. In a glass baking dish, add the juice of a lemon, a splash of water and halibut.
  2. Add 1/2 cup grated zucchini,  sliced grape tomatoes .
  3. Season with sea salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
