扁鱈真正的名稱是大比目魚(Halibut),也稱為庸鲽魚(Hippoglossus stenolepis)或星鲽。
大比目魚是世界上最大的魚種之一,可長達2.5公尺,體重可達300公斤。其拉丁名Hippoglossus意為「海中河馬」。

- a lemon 檸檬
- halibut 大比目魚片
- zucchini 櫛瓜
- grape tomatoes 番茄
- Sea salt 海鹽
- Pepper 胡椒粉
- Olive Oil 橄欖油

Instructions
- In a glass baking dish, add the juice of a lemon, a splash of water and halibut.
- Add 1/2 cup grated zucchini, sliced grape tomatoes .
- Season with sea salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
