義大利陳年葡萄醋烤甜菜根 BALSAMIC Honey ROASTED BEETS

Beets grow so well in Miloh’s family veggie garden, and they are way too crowded in some veggie box now .

麥寳家裏的菜園 種了不少的 甜菜根, 有的實在長得太大太擠了。

等娘親摘甜菜根 等到睡着…..

麥寳家人喜歡吃醋:) 甜菜根很多 就來烤個 意大利陳年醋烤甜菜根。

Ingredients 食材:

  • 2-3 beets                             幾個甜菜根
  • 1 TBS olive oil                   一湯匙油
  • ½ tsp sea salt                      ½ 茶匙海鹽
  • 1 TBS balsamic vinegar   一湯匙意大利陳年醋
  • 1 TBS honey                       一湯匙蜂蜜

There are so many Swiss Chard too.. so pick some to bake together for the colorful dish.

瑞士甜菜也很多 ,摘幾根黃色的 來配色。

Instructions 步驟

  • Preheat oven to 425 F  烤箱預熱 425F
  • cut beets into cubes. 把甜菜根切塊

  • Toss beets with 1 TBS olive oil and ½ tsp sea salt.
  • Spread onto a baking dish
  • Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.

撒上海鹽和橄欖油, 擺入烤盤。 放入烤箱425F, 烤10分鐘

  • After 10 minutes, Add in the beet stem. Stir and bake for 10 minutes more or until beets feel soft to the touch.

10 分鐘後, 把甜菜根梗擺入,翻一翻甜菜根。 再烤10分鐘。

  • Mix together balsamic vinegar and honey. 把意大利陳年醋和蜂蜜 攪匀。

  • After 20 minutes, remove beets from the oven and add the honey/vinegar mixture to the baking dish.
  • Stir until all the beets are evenly coated.
  • Return to the oven for 10 minutes

烤20分鐘後, 把拌匀的醋和蜂蜜倒入,攪匀。 再烤10分鐘。

這時候 把剩下的甜菜根葉子,切碎。

while waiting, chop the leave.

烤好了,拿出來

 

把比較嫩的切碎葉子拌入,一起吃。像吃溫沙拉一樣。

 

  • Remove from the oven , mixed with the chopped leave. Serve like the warm Salad style.

酸酸甜甜的 好滋味!

 

剩下的甜菜根葉子,可以擺入麵糊。

The unused leave, add in some flour and water. mix well. pour into pan with some oil in it, cook until both side turn gold brown and crispy.

鍋子擺點油 ,倒入蔬菜麵糊。 兩面都煎黃脆

delicious  veggie pancake.
