製作檸檬醋的比例為 檸檬 1:醋 1:冰糖 1。
Lemon:rice vinegar: rock sugar = 1:1:1 or you can adjust sugar amount as you like.
如果您討厭太甜,可以自己調整
作法 Steps:
Wash Lemon thorough and let the peel dry. Cut to slice.
將檸檬洗乾淨並把外皮水份瀝乾,將檸檬切成片狀。
將切片檸檬 或 金桔與冰糖以層疊的方式,放入洗淨晾乾的玻璃密封罐中。
put one layer of rock sugar, one layer lemon piece until they reach to the top. close tight the jar. Put in refrigerator. It will be ready in just a couple days. — this is rock sugar lemon juice.
封罐,擺冰箱後 幾天就可以了 — 蜜檸檬/金桔 做好了。
同樣步驟,最後倒入蘋果醋或米醋。
封罐,靜置陰涼處1-3個月 — 檸檬醋!
Same steps but fill in rice vinegar to full jar. close tight. store in a cool place . the lemon vinegar will be ready in 1 – 3 months.
