蜂蜜檸檬優格麵包 Lemon Honey Yogurt Bread

Lemon … If you love lemon flavor, you have lemons in hand or you grow lemon like Miloh’s family. Try this strong lemon flavor honey yogurt bread. You will love it !

食材 Ingredients:
高筋麵粉 250g  Bread Flour 2 Cups
優酪 160g          Yogurt 1/2 Cups
檸檬汁 1.5大匙  Fresh Lemon Juice 1/3 Cups (about 2 lemons)
檸檬皮屑 1顆量  1 Lemon zest 
蜂蜜 1大匙          Honey 1 TBSP
砂糖 15g              Sugar 1 TBSP (optional)
鹽巴 3g                Salt 1/2 TSP
酵母粉 3g            Instant Yeast 1 TSP
Miloh’s mom use the filtered Apple Lemon yeast that just ready to use.
Replace the instant yeast and Lemon juice with 1/3 Cup fruit yeast. 
麥寳娘親 剛剛做好一罐 蘋果檸檬酵母汁, 她拿了1/3 杯 取代了 檸檬水和酵母粉。

所有材料拌合成糰, 擺進盆裏 蓋上布或蓋子。
Mix all the ingredients and cover the dough.
麵糰發酵幾小時左右 ,分割成幾個等份滾圓。 這個麵糰 比較濕。
When the dough is ready, separate them into couple small piece.
再次醒麵:
整成自己喜歡的形狀後,也可以加入一些堅果和水果乾。
Shape the size you like, then set it aside for 2nd rise.
表面撒上少許麵粉,用利刃劃出割紋後
Sprinkle some flour on the top, then cut some gash.
烤箱預熱的時間 大約就可以了。擺入烤箱 180C/375F,烘烤25 – 30 分鐘。
 After the 2nd rise, it’s about the time you pre heat the oven.
375F bake for 25 – 30 mins.

You will not just smell but also taste very strong lemon scent and flavored bread!
非常濃鬱的檸檬香,吃起來也有很濃的檸檬味道的麵包。 很清爽的口感!
Miloh’s mom try to let this dough rise overnight, and it turn out great too!
This will be easier for making breakfast. mix the ingredients at night and leave the dough to rise overnight. Bake the bread in the morning.. Yum and smell good in the kitchen with lemon scents.

You can see the holes are bigger after overnight long hours rise.
這是個 比較濕的麵糰 軟歐包。 麥寳娘親沒有擺糖,用自己做的水果酵母做的。非常適合夏天的早晨,吃個檸檬香氣的麵包。 有堅果或杏仁瓦片的,都很好吃哦~~~
